The content available on this platform is a compilation of information provided by our registered users. Payment Terms

Access to the service is provided on a subscription basis. Your subscription remains active for as long as it is paid on time.

• Fees and VAT. All prices are stated exclusive of value added tax. VAT is charged at the rate applicable in your country. Business customers established in the European Union who provide a valid VAT identification number may qualify for the reverse charge procedure.
• Billing period. Subscriptions are billed annually by default. Monthly billing is available at a premium to the annual rate, as shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.
• Invoicing and due date. You are invoiced at the start of each billing period. Payment is due by the due date stated on the invoice. Unless you cancel, the subscription renews automatically for a further period of the same length.
• Late or missing payment. If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend your access to the service until the outstanding amount is settled. Suspension does not reduce or waive any amount already due.
• Third-party trust service fees. Qualified electronic signatures and seals are issued by an independent EU-qualified trust service provider. Certificate and signing fees charged by that provider are not included in the subscription price and are invoiced separately.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you retain access until that period ends. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded on cancellation.
• Price changes. We may change our prices for future billing periods. Any change applies from your next renewal and never to a period you have already paid for.

We are an independent software service provider. • The use of or inability to use the system.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the system.
• Any other matter relating to the system.

Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from any claims or damages, including legal fees, that may arise from your use of the information contained in or linked from this system.
